Course Overview This twelve session course is designed for
the senior engineering student or individuals holding an Engineer in-Training
(EIT) designation with their respective employers. This course is set up to
reinforce the individual’s knowledge earned in an undergraduate degree in
engineering and prepare them for taking the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)
Exam.
Course Objectives This course is designed to familiarize
students with the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Emphasis is placed on using
the NCEES FE Supplied-Reference Handbook and how it interacts with the exam
topics. (The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying FE
Supplied-Reference Handbook is the only reference permitted for use in the
actual FE Exam.) Course review includes all twelve listed exam topics (Statics
and Dynamics is actually one exam topic) with a final practice exam to finish up
the course.
